Lazy or Time Conscience
So today is one of the few days a week that I generally put mucho miles on my van. Driving the kids to school and me home (30 min), then after school I pick up B and A and usually we go home (another 30 min), then back a few hours later to pick up C and go home (30 more minutes). That doesn't include any errands during the day, like the Hubby's doctor appointment this morning. But today I didn't feel like going home for those few hours after school. So B went to his friends and A and I decided to go "shopping" to kill time until C is done. Now we are sitting in the parking lot of the library waiting and using their free Wi-Fi so that A can watch her strange videos on YouTube and not bug me. So is that lazy for not wanting to do all that driving or was I just being a bit time conscience?
My "shopping" trip was successful. I got the copies of the new house key made so we will all be able to get in. I also picked up a few paint sample chips for color possibilities for the living room and the dining room. Then I scored big, I found the wallet that I have been eyeballing for the last 2 months was on sale for 50% off...I couldn't help myself. Miss A was happy too, she found a Frozen watercolor paint set for only $1 so she will be busy tonight and my fridge will be quite colorful tomorrow.
I have to plan my menu for the week tonight, normally I do that on Sundays but we were so tired yesterday when we got home that I didn't even bother with it, which means I have no idea as to what is for dinner tonight. Ugggh! I have got to learn to really stick to my schedule, we planned it this way for a reason...maybe someday I will learn (but I highly doubt it...lol)!
